Highly Recommend Rob

Rob Singer is not only a man of character but a man of integrity and grit. For our case, Rob spent over 60 hours training, learning and becoming an expert on technology associated with an ankle monitor that malfunctioned. Rather than just go through the motions, Rob spent countless hours interviewing..., studying, questioning and reasoning all aspects of the technology to showcase I was not responsible rather the technology failed. In addition, during this process Rob was able to expose the lack of due process and due diligence and failure to adhere to policy and procedures by those acting on behalf of the state. Because of Rob and his tireless work, our family is able to be together today. Rob will fight on your behalf and not just go through the motions to appease clients.

Hire Mr. Singer!

I was facing a summary court martial (due to fraudulent APFT paperwork) back in May. After being notified by the commander, I went to TDS to discuss about my case. In the meantime, I called several law firms in Upstate as well others in DC, MD, VA, TX, WI and even CA for consultation/representation. ...I was then referred to Mr. Robert Singer (located in Buffalo) by his old colleague from another Syracuse law firm. I had a brief conversation with him and immediately felt a good vibe about him. He was polite and professional. One thing that really struck me the most was that unlike other lawyers, Mr. Singer texted/called during the weekend on an early Saturday morning from his personal time to offer legal advice. I realized that I had to hire him. His legal fees were reasonable as well. He would send the receipt for services rendered in detail. Meanwhile, the command wanted to proceed the Summary Court Martial to 20 May without even notifying Mr. Singer and an ARMY Major (who was also my military legal counsel from TDS in Ft. Drum). Even though the Major could not represent me, she worked with Mr. Singer. They both requested for an extension for at least a month in order to properly prepare the case. Also, Mr. Singer was representing a Federal legal matter with his client in Buffalo and since being a Naval Reserve Officer, he had to attend training. However, the Brigade legal and the Brigade Commander rejected saying that the court martial had to continue. To add insult to injury, they only offered to extend by 1 day which clashed with Mr. Singer's availability due to the jury deliberations at time. He was evening willing to travel right after it was over to drive 3 hours from Buffalo to represent me. Unfortunately, he couldn't come which meant I had to represent myself. So he along with the Major drafted the legal matter, statements as well as coaching me for the Court Martial through email and conference calls. Pretty much, we stayed up late for this. Even though he wasn't there physically, he worked tirelessly with my case. I was prepared but also resigned to the fact that I might lose a rank which would hinder my retirement & pension (I was really close to 20 years). After the summary court martial (after pleading guilty), the presiding officer fined me 2/3rd fine for one month on my base pay. However, I was fortunate to retain my rank as a SFC and be allowed to retire. I cannot thank Mr. Singer enough. He (as well as the Major) went above and beyond. I strongly recommend anyone who is facing any UCMJ action to seek out Mr. Singer. He will give more than 100% to help out his client to mitigate the case.

Mr. Singer helped when not many others wanted to take my case

I was having trouble with my condo association board and specifically neighbor making false accusations against me. I contacted several attorneys but many didn’t want to didn’t seem to want to deal with this type of case. Rob was completely sympathetic and listened to my problem and was willing to ta...ke my case and came to my residence to discuss and evaluate my issue. Mr. Singer wrote a letter to the board explaining the situation, then when that did not work he personally called the association lawyer and had a detailed discussion over the phone, and continued to follow it up until the problem was resolved. I highly recommend Mr Singer as an Attorney!!

Greatful Mom

My son had another attorney for more than a year. Even though compitent the case was going nowhere. My son was in deep depression. Therefore l was depressed. Then Mr. Singer took over and The case changed. He treated my son with respect. Somehow he changed hearts and mind and in the end the case was... resolved more favorable for us. He provided clarity, was honest, blunt but compassionate. He poured his heart into the case. My son's persona changed. Somehow he managed to be proffessional yet personal. He saw a young man that make a mistake and treated him like a human being and not a criminal. My son became hopeful and started to thrive. At trial he accomplished most of his agenda. Even the judge commented on the changed he saw in my son. He knows the law and he did his job.
