I went to see Mr. Reich and his firm in Buffalo. I expected to meet a very professional and highly skilled attorney who would be able to lead me in the right direction for immigration problems a family member was having in the upstate NY area. Instead Mr. Reich told me he would not be able to help me and actually rushed me out of his office after paying for an expensive consultation fee and driving for many hours to meet with him. He has a big firm and a huge office with many attorneys working with/for him and even they tried telling me that I would need to pay more money for some additional work they would have to do before they could tell me something. I later found out, that was a lie and a tactic for them to just make some free money after meeting with several other immigration attorneys who were shocked to hear what his firm had told me. I was very disappointed and hurt by their demeanor. They actually did not want to help me at all and instead tried to rush me out and left me feeling helpless and more confused. Mr. Reich might have the experience and qualifications to be a good immigration attorney but to me he was cold and basically told me that there was nothing anyone could do when it wasn't true. I would never go see him or his firm for any other problems I ever have. Maybe my expectations were really high for Mr. Reich. I just thought I should share this with everyone before they pay a high consultation fee to meet with him and his firm.
