Best Attorney if you have felony charges in Erie County...

I have referred several of my clients to attorney Paul Dell for felony criminal matters in Buffalo NY. He was able to get favorable results for the clients on all of these matters. His track record for providing excellent representation in the criminal courts is well documented and he is held in... high esteem by Judges and the District Attorney's office in Erie County.

Not guilty

Paul is an amazing criminal defense attorney. I went to trial on 1st degree assault charges and he beat the case, not guilty. He listened to and took into consideration everything I had to say before and during the trial. He used one of my ideas about the case in his closing statement, I basically ju...st gave him a thought and he turned it into a legitimate argument. My life would be much different if it weren't for Paul Dell, to say the least. Im not an expert but I'd imagine there were only a handful of lawyers in buffalo that could have beat my case. Paul also used very skilled, renowned private investigator.

Terrible attitude, very unprofessional

Very unprofessional, he wanted me to plead out and cooperate with law enforcement without even trying to fight the case hollered at me over the phone a few times because I was inquiring about my case and freedom, he’s money hungry so I advise no one to retain him personally

I do not know who "Client Anonymous" is. That person is free to talk to me anytime. I do not remember hollering at anyone over the phone. That is not how I operate. With regard to cooperation, I am ethically obligated to explain all options to a client - and sometimes cooperation is an option that should be strongly considered - one needs to balance it against safety and street dynamics - along with the strength of the case and what plea disposition is being offered without cooperation. I always fight a case while at the same time keeping my ears open with regard to other dispositions that make sense. I always take the time to explain all options to my clients. A review of my website (paulgdell.com) shows that I have won many cases at the trial level and at the suppression level. However, it is often in my clients' best interest to accept a plea disposition. I do my best to tell it like it is. I am not money hungry over any particular case - that is bad for business in the long run.
