Dee Fogarty was the recommended attorney to help with the closing for a house I was purchasing. It was a disaster. She was not working for me at all - every indication was that she was doing all she could to help out the sellers. I didn't hear from her until I reached out to the seller's attorney (not supposed to, I know, but I was that frustrated).
I had been cleared to close for 2 weeks before she even attempted to reach out to the seller's attorney to try setting a closing date. Then it was determined there would be a delay because the sellers were not closing on the house THEY were buying as planned! What!? We ended up closing on day 59 of the 60 day closing. She swears she did all she could to help me. Right!

I trusted this attorney to hold money in an escrow until final judgment, which I obtained last month. My lawyer forwarded the docs and contacted the firm multiple times both in writings and by phone to solicit disbursement. She unlawfully ignores the court order and unethically refuses to give explanations on the matter to me or my attorney. Don't trust this firm

In a time when a family is going through the loss of a loved one you really need a probate lawyer that is understanding and compassionate. Throughout the past year I have dealt with Delores and her staff and have found them to be anything but understanding and compassionate.
