I have been practicing since 1978 and currently concentrate my practice in Family Court (no divorce or support matters) and criminal defense. I have tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases to jury verdicts, including homicide, rape, arson, and child molestation cases. These include several prosecution trials, as I have been assigned as a Special District Attorney over 50 times in 3 counties. I am also an active children's Attorney representing children in Family Court, and take assigned criminal and family cases from the courts. A significant number of my retained cases are referred to me by other attorneys.

Got Me My Life Back!
A false, spiteful accusation that was mishandled by law enforcement snowballed into a situation in which I was not even able to go back to work until fully cleared up. Mr. Hegeman saw the situation through to the very end, in which the case was resolved 100% in my favor. Do not let the man's gentle demeanor fool you, this attorney is a pit-bull in all the right ways.

Eviction Done!
Mr Hegeman represented me in the handling a very difficult and complex eviction. Because of Tom's extensive knowledge of this section of the law and aggressive actions, I was able save $10,000 in the process.

mr hegeman is very responsive and on top of all his cases he is very trustworthy and keeps me informed on all the information that is needed to be known. i would recommend mr hegemen to anyone with legal trouble hes repsonsible and is very fair.
