Sara Davis was thorough, helpful, communicative and compassionate while being a strong advocate for us. Very slow on getting back to the family with communications, information, and mailings. She was knowledgeable, but it was frustrating in that my family always had to repeatedly make contact with her about things that were supposed to be done in a certain time frame, but weren't.
