I hired Alex after seeing his reviews and I needed to go all in on a lawyer after being arrested for what would have been my third DUI which is a felony and would destroy the life that I’ve built with my family. Brian was sympathetic to my needs, he’s obviously very veteran friendly, a bit on the ...expensive side but you know what it was well worth it. Alex was very eager to take the case and quite confident that we were going to get the deal that we wanted or the case dismissed entirely. I even told him that if I could go to veterans Court that would be preferred, but he reassured me that it wouldn’t be necessary. That he wasn’t going to settle for anything less than the outcome that we wanted. Needless to say at the end of it I was basically given a traffic ticket. We have avoided a trial, and I even was giving my license back after three months when it should’ve been suspended for one full year for denying a breathalyzer. I don’t know how he did it, is definitely a smooth talker for sure. He was also pretty decent and making my mind focus on other things as we discussed basic life events etc. If you hire him, just know ahead of time that he thinks before he responds to anything. Sometimes it may feel like an awkward pause but he is simply formulating a well spoken statement. That’s the kind of guy you need to hire not somebody that’s just shooting words out of their mouth. First of all I was arrested with one other person with a large enough quantity of drugs to get me up to ten years if found guilty at trial. Alexander Shmulsky was my lawyehr. He got the judge to agree to give me 3 years of probation which I ended up refusing to take and decided to do jail time but I ...was so scared that I would have to do six months which felt like maybe too long. Of course that is what they gave me. Alexander spoke to the judge and the DA and got them to reduce my sentence to four months and able to get out early with good time. I was still scared about doing four months as this was my first time going to jail and I'm a very small guy. Would be really easy for other inmates to push me around. Somehow Alexander without my knowledge got the judge to reduce my sentence even farther to two months and able to get out on good time. Fines that should have been thousands the judge only made me pay minimum of $400 this was amazing I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to represent me in this case. When I got out of jail everything was done. No more fines no more probation no more trouble. Oh and the best part, I almost forgot he got all my felonies dropped to misdemeanors. I was absolutely blown away with what he did for me! I recommend if you have a chance to hire him don't think twice he has a way of working with you that no others will. He was available for every question, every phone call, every worry. Don't miss an opportunity to have Alex represent you in court
