I hired Alex after seeing his reviews and I needed to go all in on a lawyer after being arrested for what would have been my third DUI which is a felony and would destroy the life that I’ve built with my family. Brian was sympathetic to my needs, he’s obviously very veteran friendly, a bit on the ...expensive side but you know what it was well worth it. Alex was very eager to take the case and quite confident that we were going to get the deal that we wanted or the case dismissed entirely. I even told him that if I could go to veterans Court that would be preferred, but he reassured me that it wouldn’t be necessary. That he wasn’t going to settle for anything less than the outcome that we wanted. Needless to say at the end of it I was basically given a traffic ticket. We have avoided a trial, and I even was giving my license back after three months when it should’ve been suspended for one full year for denying a breathalyzer. I don’t know how he did it, is definitely a smooth talker for sure. He was also pretty decent and making my mind focus on other things as we discussed basic life events etc. If you hire him, just know ahead of time that he thinks before he responds to anything. Sometimes it may feel like an awkward pause but he is simply formulating a well spoken statement. That’s the kind of guy you need to hire not somebody that’s just shooting words out of their mouth.
