First of all I was arrested with one other person with a large enough quantity of drugs to get me up to ten years if found guilty at trial. Alexander Shmulsky was my lawyehr. He got the judge to agree to give me 3 years of probation which I ended up refusing to take and decided to do jail time but I ...was so scared that I would have to do six months which felt like maybe too long. Of course that is what they gave me. Alexander spoke to the judge and the DA and got them to reduce my sentence to four months and able to get out early with good time. I was still scared about doing four months as this was my first time going to jail and I'm a very small guy. Would be really easy for other inmates to push me around. Somehow Alexander without my knowledge got the judge to reduce my sentence even farther to two months and able to get out on good time. Fines that should have been thousands the judge only made me pay minimum of $400 this was amazing I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to represent me in this case. When I got out of jail everything was done. No more fines no more probation no more trouble. Oh and the best part, I almost forgot he got all my felonies dropped to misdemeanors.
