You know, I truly believe if I paid this so-called lawyer to go work for the prosecution,instead of thinking he was going to actually defend my rights, and see to it that I receive a just outcome…… I would be in a better position!!! He saw to it that the DA was able to violate nearly all discovery.../ Brady obligations, helped with the securing of an indictment against me and literally held back more disclosures of additional discovery, as if he was paying with favors or promises of support in his run for next county DA! Clearly, I’m just speculating. I’m just placing emphasis on how much he really helped the prosecution in this case that he must have aspirations to be such a hack. I will promise you this ,though, his ability to practice law will seize to exist well before he works himself sick for such a goal. See, I can promise because I have receipts. In fact, I would rather put somebody else’s needs in front of my own when it comes to helping another human being in need that I will give anybody access to my case file documents on then so that you can witness the above mentioned receipts and you can see why am telling you to please don’t hire this guy. He will manipulate a completely winnable case into something you see only see on Stephen King movies. Anyway, I would be absolutely pleased with my purpose in life if it was simply being this one time protester, of sorts. (518) 955-9095. Call me, I will explain in detail all his violations of ethics and misconduct.. and as I said, I will gladly provide copies. You can keep of any and all discovery. That’s how much he needs to be exposed.

Alex is a great attorney. I’m currently facing a felony charge and had a false accusation made by a former politician. Never was fit from the get-go to serve in public service.
