I have known Randy for over 15 years both as a friend, client, and colleague. Randy is a very smart, experienced and successful attorney who works extensively in business law, labor law, real estate, and litigation, among other areas. I have hired Randy as my own lawyer, and have referred a number of clients to him, and he has always done excellent work and achieved first-rate results. He is easy to work with, and provides excellent guidance with respect to any legal problem. He has impeccable character, and I can highly recommend him without any reservation.

I have been working with Mr. Braun for over 15 years in the dangerous world of New York City construction.
He has always given good counsel that has kept me out of court and lawsuits for the entire period of time that we have worked together. On a few occasions it was necessary for us to get outside counsel for a "second opinion", and those attorneys were also knowledgable, fair, and easy to work with,in addition to verifying Braun's initial legal opinion on the relevant matter. Randy is a thoughtful attorney who will think carefully about your situation, and develop a strategy that will evolve and become more refined as the circumstances of your legal matter develop or change. I recommend him to others involved in labor and construction without any reservation.

Randy is incredible. He has been super-responsive and knowledgeable and has walked me through every thorny situation I have gotten myself into in the past 5 years. His foresight has probably also prevented numerous other thorny situations from ever occurring. He is a street fighter when need be but has been extremely patient in explaining things to me. He is also very well versed with construction law and this specific knowledge has helped my architecture practice.
My only hesitation at recommending him is that he will become too popular and I won't have unfettered access anymore.
