I get great child support now

She was great!! She was able to get child support in the state guidelines so that both of us were receiving child support without all of the hassles. She took care of all of the paperwork and child support modifications so we could both be focused on doing what we needed to do as parents.

Beyond competent lawyer

My ex-wife and I already are in new relationship. We have an amazing daughter, and we’re both equally capable of supporting our child. But, my ex-wife just didn’t want our daughter to have equal time with me. So, we both agreed to consult on what’s best to do. Jo Anne explained the laws and the optio...ns under child custody, visitation, and support. I was happy when I found out about joint physical custody. Jo Anne explained and discussed everything in detail and helped us in majority of the papers. After the court decided on joint physical custody, I got emotional and words couldn’t measure how grateful I was and still am for Jo Anne’s exceptionally professional and competent service. I highly recommend her!

The best choice i made

JoAnn was the absolute best choice I could have made to help with my divorce. With so much at stake, like custody and support, I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. She is caring and straightforward and really understands the laws. We found the best resolution for everyone thanks to her.

Great Attorney

The actual child support case I was involved in took longer than it should have because of my ex’s lawyers’ trickery as well as the incompetence of the lawyer I had. That’s when I fired him and went to JoAnn Coughtry. She saw right through the legal issues that accompanied the case and developed her ...own strategy to get the money I had coming! I appreciate all her efforts.

I'm grateful

My ex was not doing what needed to be done to take care of the children that we had together. That’s why I am here to express gratitude to JoAnn and her expertise when it comes to the law! Now, not only does my ex have to pay child support but now he has to give me alimonies support as well.
