I contacted Peter after being accused of a second DWI offense, which in New York State, is a felony and a certain career-ender, as I am an attorney. I remembered his name from a seminar I attended years ago that he was teaching for attorneys regarding DWI defense. I Googled "best dui lawyer in albany" Peter Gerstenzang came up, so I called and scheduled a meeting, when I got there I was told I would be seeing Jim Davis, I was a little concerned I wasn't seeing Peter but After meeting with Jim Davis I felt confident I was in the right place.
