Peter and his firm are genuine down to earth people that treat you with respect and are not judge mental people at all. Just when I saw my life crash right in front of me and saw no hope I reached out to Peter and his firm, they gave me a appointment and I came in for my consultation and explained everything in detail about my dwi and they made me feel like I was back in my shoes again with know worries. The encouraged me to move forward with my life and that they would deal with the issue at hand without involving me as much as possible . I am fortunate enough to have had them represent me not once but twice I guess I didn't learn my lesson the first time or just missed them being such a great part of my life lol. They made the impossible possible for me and as of today im a licensed by state driver and I have all but to say Thank you to you Peter and to your firm you are truly a man who believes in people and also knows that we all make mistakes not once but sometimes twice in my matter and never judged me and fought to the end with the best outcome of results for me so with this said I would like to thank you and your firm for a job well done or in my situation another job well done. Thanks Chris

In my opinion, Peter Gerstenzang is without a doubt, the best DWI Attorney in the country. He handled my case with sheer professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and patience. He explained everything to me in detail as to what he was doing, and would never let the conversation end unless he was sure that I understood his every word. He has a son named Joe, who is following in his footsteps and is like a clone of Peter, as far as being a phenominal lawyer, and a perfect gentleman. I know this may sound crazy, but Peter and Joe Getstenzang, made getting a DWI a wonderful experience for me. They are two of the finest gentlemen that I have ever met.

Peter is, without doubt, the best attorney in this area of law in the North East and maybe the country. More importantly, he truly cares about his clients ( hard to believe in an attorney). The first and foremost concern he had, was that I get help for my drinking problem. If I wasn't willing to do that, than he would not take my case. I consider him part of my asset team that I use to stay sober and to get my life back together. I also consider him to be a friend. Everyone knows him and everyone respects him, including most importantly the judge. Without a doubt, he provided me with the best possible legal advice and service and it was at a reasonable price. Because I was willing to do exactly what he asked, we were able to get an unprecedented sentence. I can recommend him, without any reservation, to anyone willing to be honest about their legal problems and take responsibility for creating them.
When I first spoke with him, he said he "hoped one day I would look back on my arrest as the best day of my life". I can honestly say that today, I feel that this is true. He has helped to give me my life back and for this, I will always owe a debt of gratitude.
He is simply, the Best!
