Couldn't be more pleased

Atty. Randall Kehoe succeeded in reducing my NY State traffic ticket for move over law violation, to a violation for unattended motor vehicle (essentially a parking ticket). Although the fine for the parking ticket was a bit pricey, the parking ticket fine in combination with the legal fees were sti...ll far less than what the move over law fine (with insurance surcharge and loss of safe driver points) would have been in the long run. In addition, this outcome left my driving record unblemished! Kudos for Atty. Kehoe.

Knowledgeable, timely, and works hard for your money.

I found Randall to be responsive, attentive, and realistic. He gave me the straight skinny on all matters pertaining to the alleged violation and the town court in which the violation allegedly took place. In spite of a probable negative outcome, he was able to set my expectations, give me options,... and get a reduction in the fine. Worth every penny of his fee.

Great Outcome - Fast Response

My son received a 5 point cell ticket (talking not texting). I contacted Mr. Kehoe on a Saturday, which I didn't think he'd be available. I explained the situation and as soon as I got off the phone, he emailed me the information needed to start working on the case. His fee was lower than other Attor...ney's in the area. Since my son is under 21, he said it would be very difficult to reduce the points to 0. My son was very excited when he was contacted by Mr. Kehoe weeks later to tell him that he reduced the cell ticket to a parking violation. That was a huge relief for me as well since I was anticipating my insurance to increase. Thanks Mr. Kehoe.

Plead down 2 tickets (over speeding + pulling over on the left shoulder) to just a parking violation

First, the good part which is the most important: Mr. Randall is extremely affordable as compared to a lot of other lawyers who handle traffic tickets. It took a total of 3.5 months to get 2 tickets (that I got at the same time) to be plead down to a parking violation. The fine wasn't too bad either.... ($150 + $25 surcharge). I am glad it wouldn't show up on my license. Might improve on: When you call Mr. Randall for the first time, he might sound hurried and wouldn't give more than a minute. Any further communications have to be through email and not phone. Although, that said, his assistant Toddy is amazing and usually replies to almost all your emails. Overall, I am very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend him for any traffic tickets.

Traffic ticket resolution

Attorney Kehoe was quick, clear and comprehensive as to his approach and saved me the Hassel of having to go to court. The result was the ticket was reduced to a parking ticket. No pts on my record. Very pleased
