Cook, 162 A.D.3d 674 (2d Dept. 2016), Mr. Arazoza convinced the Appellate Division to modify the decision of the Suffolk County Supreme Court by shifting custody of both children to his client. In 2019, arguing before the Appellate Division, Second Department, (175 A.D.3d 1540 (2d Dept. 2019)) Mr. Arazoza, was able to secure spousal maintenance for his client, a forty-two-year-old woman, until her sixty-seventh birthday in the amount of $10,760 per month.
