I reached out to James after receiving his letter and my court date was the following day (6/27/23) at 11am. I went with my gut based on the reviews here and sent James everything he asked me for. I was driving my friends car back home from my fathers funeral on 6/7/23 and got pulled over a moving vi...olation. The officer gave me a ton of tickets. It turned out my friends registration was suspended so I got a misdemeanor for that plus multiple moving violations and vehicle violations (side window tints, windshield tint, apparently brake light was out). I was facing a criminal charge (potential 30 days in jail) with over 20+ points that would’ve taken away my drivers license because of an officer on a power trip. I had just buried my father and left the cemetery 30 mins prior. James went to my court arraignment, as I could not make it, and got all of my tickets dismissed except for one, which was turned in to a parking violation ticket for $225.
