After being involved in a car accident that totaled my car and caused serious injuries to my knee, back and neck (that required two surgeries)....A friend recommended that I call Buttafuoco & Associates. Personal Injury

At first got a contact right away from this lawyer. Then it seems like the lawyer was just too busy and only respond through text. I was injured in a rear end accident and was told after signing an agreement that someone would call from Colorado that he partnership with. I already contacted another l...awyer and I went for Dan because he said he would and could help. I was being honest about saying I wish he didn't waste one week clearly because I didn't have enough to cover money for insurance when it wasn't about money and just need help with the injuries. Anyways. After being clear about my email, was told I was being "nasty" when I never used cuss words and only being honest just because I said "stop wasting my time" and there was so many gap conversation everytime I ask questions and wasn't given the answer after asking it a few times. I was told he only deal with "big cases all over the state" I'm a believer, I don't tolerate such name calls and mockery.

I tried to help this young lady free of charge. I did some investigation and contacted the insurance company. When I discovered there was insufficient insurance I told her I could not help her. She then accused me of "wasting her time" when it was actually my time that was wasted (I didn't even mind). I tried to explain this but she got angry with me. I am sorry we were unable to help you with your situation and wish you the best.
