Fantastic experience

Bryan constantly reached out to us during his making of our will, healthcare proxy, and power of attorney as well as creating a living trust for us. Bryan Berson is hard working, honest and very knowledgable

We hired Mr. Berson of the Berson Firm to handle a surrogate court case. Bryan handled our case in a very professional manner. His knowledge of the law is outstanding. A caring and totally involved Attorney every step of the way!

This was our first time dealing with an inheritance from a relative who did not have a will so we had no idea what was involved. Bryan spent as much time as we needed as he explained all the steps and procedures we would have to do. He gave us step by step instructions on actions we needed to take as... far as what paperwork was needed whenever we needed help to understand what the court was asking for. He kept in constant contact with us throughout this 3+ year process. His email were sent to all of us so that everyone knew what was going on even if that particular request didn't pertain to all of us. He truly made everything we needed to do as easy as possible for us. I hope I never need to use his services again for something like this but if I ever did I would have no hesitation on hiring Bryan once again.
