I was compelled to write this review

Mr. Berson was referred to me through another attorney. I contacted him and left a message and he immediately returned my call. I explained my situation in detail and he mentioned that he would be glad to take my case, but instead suggested that I take various steps to rectify the issue on my own, ...in order to save money! He then proceeded to advise me on how to handle this case and stayed on the phone with me for over an hour. He was very knowledgeable and his advise was extremely helpful. I will handle this as he suggested, but I will call him again if the situation is not settled amicably. In fact, I would use this attorney now, for any legal matters I may face in the future. I will also refer him to family and friends who may also need an attorney one day. Not only was he professional, honest and ethical.... he was very kind. I grew up in a family business and currently own a small business of my own. With that said, I've learned that "bigger" does not necessarily mean "better". Remember the good old days when you could trust the person on the other end of the phone or when you actually received genuine customer service? Well, this is exactly what you can expect from Bryan Berson. An attorney who truly cares about his clients. I would strongly urge anyone seeking legal advise or needing representation to contact Mr. Berson first! Thank you - Joanne

Mr. Berson

I called Mr. Berson's office for legal advice. He answered the phone and spent about 15 minutes with me answering all my questions and gave me so much more information to consider. He seems very knowledgeable. If I need further advice or representation in the future I will definitely be calling Mr. B...erson.

Born to be an attorney?

I give Bryan 5 gold circles--the highest possible rankings--for "responsiveness" / "knowledgeable" / "kept me informed" and "only" 4 gold circles for "trustworthy" because I lack sufficient experience with him to sincerely vouch for his trustworthiness. (As they say, "trust must be earned.") But my ...gut tells me he is very trustworthy and that's about all I need to say about the rankings. I posted a somewhat detailed question and Mr. Berson gave me a phone call in less than 48 hours to discuss my issue for a full 43 minutes! I was very impressed--not just for his responsiveness and generosity, but by his willingness to readily share his considerable experience and knowledge as they applied to my situation. BL Berson is very intelligent, articulate and I got the distinct impression that he loves his profession, respects the law / legal system of the USA, and is eager to plunge into legal discussions as if it were not just his job, but an enjoyable side-interest or hobby as well! This is why I title my review "Born to be an attorney?" I strongly suspect Mr. Berson was meant to be exactly what he is: a very skilled and dedicated lawyer. The legal challenge my brother and I are facing is actually in the jurisdiction of Florida--although I reside in New York. BL Berson quickly surmised that this would not be a case he'd be hired for--yet he was perfectly willing to continue reviewing the particulars of the case and dispense more than a little valuable advice. What else? He was friendly and courteous throughout our talk and I found him very easy to talk with. I was very glad he had called me--even though my stated request was to be contacted by email! Excellent job, BL Berson and again on behalf of my brother and myself--thanks very much.

Competent and Accountable Attorney

Bryan was very helpful and professional in the handling of my house closing. He paid attention to details and made sure to aggressively represent my interests. At all times I was kept up to date and Bryan always made him accessible to me. I would highly recommend him as a competent and accountable... attorney.
