Bryan Berson- Knowledgable Understanding Trustworthy Caring & Personable

I first contacted Bryan about setting up an asset protection trust. Not knowing anything about them, he immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain exactly how they work and he made sure I understood everything. He was always available and responded to calls right away. Very personabl...e and intelligent individual and is passionate about elder care law. Changed my opinion about lawyers!- There's definitely Good ones there- This guy is Fantastic! Would recommend to anyone!

Bryan Berson is an attorney of a very high ethical standard

Bryan came highly recommended by the former NYC judge with the international reputation. Besides his exceptional erudition and a heavy core legal preparation, Bryan Berson is an attorney of a very high ethical standard. He consulted my family regarding a legal matter that was outside of his pract...ice within the area of his expertise. He could easily have handled himself; instead he coached us in all possible scenarios and advised us to go with another attorney who specializes in handling similar issues. Mr. Berson is incredibly intuitive, sincere and caring. When we spoke with another attorney he was very impressed how much information we had beforehand. I feel extremely comfortable recommending Bryan to my friends and family. In fact, I would always seek his opinion even if the case was outside of his specialty.

Most Responsive Attorney

Mr. Berson recently counseled my family in a legal matter. He went above and beyond. Throughout the matter, he was always available and kept in constant communication. Weeks after the matter was closed, he checked in with us to make sure things were still okay and that the matter had been completel...y resolved to our satisfaction. Mr. Berson knows the law and is deeply involved in the service end of his firm as well.
