great attorney perfect 10

let me tell you my dealings with mr. bearson, first off takes his time and explains everything in detail. very knowledgeable responds to emails and calls very promptly. I've had bad experiences with attorneys who do as little work as possible and charge alot, they pass off the work to their paralega...l this isn't the case with bryan. thank you again.

Bryan Berson esq.

In August 2014, Bryan Berson was referred to me by a friend as someone who could help me with my real estate and estate settling problems. Having been new at this process of finding an attorney, I was hesitant to use someone I knew little about; however, the caliber of the recommendations, including ...testimonials and ratings, were such that I engaged Bryan Berson to represent me. After a very short preliminary conversation, Bryan immediately helped me define my case and brought many issues to light that I had not envisioned. With his experience and knowledge of real estate and estate planning, he was able to provide great insight as to what type of representation I would need for this case. After a very short time researching, Bryan had an iron clad defense. Over the course of this trying suit and seemingly fruitless process, Bryan remained a very vigilant and patient advisor who did not waiver his service or let any frustration show in his attitude or actions. Today I have my property thanks to Bryan. Throughout my short business acquaintance with Bryan, I have found him to be a person of the utmost integrity and a professional in every sense of the word. Real, Useful Advise; Got Me On Track Fighting My Case

I contacted Bryan about a serious DCF situation with my child and even though he doesn't practice family law or practice in my state, he was able to give me some excellent common sense advice over the phone with the knowledge of a legal professional. Bryan referred me to a number of tools and proced...ures for finding an attorney that practices in my state, as well as a methodical list of steps I should take to gather evidence, reports and official documents to make my case. His instructions were detailed, explained in terms I could understand, right down to the psychological advantage of hiring a certain type of lawyer to represent us. He is ethical, direct, efficient and can render a great deal of helpful advice in a brief conversation. I would recommend him without reservation or evasion.

Extremely knowledgeable and competent

Attorney Berson is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and competent. He answered all my questions, concerning the family trust, the estate, and the sale of the assets. Attorney Berson anticipated follow up questions, advised me on my options, suggested the best course of action and informed me on pos...sible future obstacles. He educated me on which details, I needed to pay particular attention to; details which could have complicated and delayed moving forward. Attorney Berson is ethical in his approach and advise.
