The right choice

I recently had to procure an attorney to assist in the selling of my sisters house. She had lost her husband and moved into an assisted care facility and requested that I conduct the sale by acting as her power of attorney. As such, the endeavor was more involved than a typical home sale, and presen...ted several hurdles. I set about looking for a lawyer in the Long Island area with proficiency in such matters. I consulted with no less than 3 attorneys, but they all seemed daunted by the challenges inherent in the situation and left me feeling unsure as to their ability to proceed. It was then that my son found Bryan. I called and within ten minutes of speaking with Bryan my mind was put at ease and I felt exceedingly confident in his understanding of the situation and his desire to do right by both my sister and I. I live a good distance away from Long Island and getting there was difficult, thankfully Bryan went to great lengths to accommodate me and we were able to conduct the majority of our business via email, phone calls, and post. He was attentive and responsive. He was there whenever I had any questions or considerations and his understanding and competence in the matters at hand were clear and undeniable. My sister and I were so satisfied with his work that she will be hiring him again to assist in further matters pertaining to her estate. If you have any need for a real estate lawyer you owe it to yourself to call Bryan, one ten minute conversation and you'll be confident you found the right choice.

Takes a personal interest!

I spoke to a few attorneys today regarding an unusual landlord - tenant dispute, an unusual issue that each and every attorney stated they had no prior experience with and no knowledge of case law about. A few didn't want to be bothered with this type of issue or even looking up law to determine if I... might have possible recourse. Bryan not only looked up law while I was on the phone with him, he was patient and took the time to understand my issue, ask questions, and even was personally upset at what my landlord did to me. So much so that he continued to research my issue after we hung up and even called back later on his own to tell me additional regulations he found that would be useful for me. He went above and beyond, I look forward to working with him if I need to proceed with an action.

Power of attorney package.

I needed a power of attorney, health care proxy and Living will. After many revisions ,attorney Berson agreed to meet me on a sunday.
