Needed a Trust, Power of Attorney and Living Will

I used Bryan to complete a Trust, Living Will, and Power of Attorney. He was very informative, thought out of the box. He helped craft the documents to cover my unique areas of concern. He was very knowledgeable and provided the necessary guidance so I knew all the facts before making any final decis...ions. Bryan was very patient and always available to talk when you needed him. I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking for a good family lawyer.

Awesome Experience!!!

I hired Bryan Lane Berson for the sale of my home, after consulting him last year on a different matter. I had been so impressed with him that first time, I knew I'd be hiring him in the future. Bryan has been patient, courteous and competent, from day one. He has listened to my concerns and answer...ed my questions with nothing less than respect and professionalism. Bryan explained things step by step so I was able to grasp things as we went along in the process, which I appreciated greatly because I was already under a lot of stress. To have someone I could depend and trust to look out for ME, was so important and comforting in such a hectic time. He never devalued my feelings, thoughts or opinions when I voiced them. Bryan and I had a constant line of communication going. Never did he drop off the face of the earth, I was kept abreast of what we were doing and what our next step would be. I felt like we were a team and he was beside me, guiding me through, doing what he does best as an attorney. Bryan is concerned with the service he provides for you, not building up fees and adding it onto your bill, like some attorneys may do. He is honest, trustworthy and more than fair. I truly appreciated having a positive experience with an attorney who was down to earth, that I could depend on and that I felt satisfied with by the time closing came, instead of wanting to ring his neck. I would highly recommend calling Bryan for any of your needs and think you will be very happy with him. He is very skilled, capable and efficient attorney and if you call him, he will take the time to speak to you, and discuss your needs without feeling rushed. He definitely deserves 5 stars and I would not hesitate to hire him again!

FAMILY TRUST AND POWER OF ATTORNEY

I HIRED BRIAN BERSON TO SET UP MY DADS FAMILY TRUST AND POWER OF ATTORNEY. BRIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL WITH ALL MY CONSERNS AND QUESTIONS ON THE PROSESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRIAN, AND WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Outstanding service!

I hired Bryan for his expertise in real estate. I was approached by a major production studio to use my property for an upcoming series. The contract they gave me was awful and heavily in favor of the studio. Bryan masterfully negotiated the deal to put me on a level playing field and without his ...assistance, this very lucrative deal never would have come to fruition. I would trust Bryan to handle any other legal issue I have and I highly recommend him. NO detail left unaddressed, all phone called returned promptly. You simply cannot ask for more when it comes to legal representation.
