Knowledgeable and Thorough

I had a consultation with Bryan. I was having trouble closing on a house which I bought as a foreclosure. He was a huge help and he is really knowledgeable in the area. He is very conciencious and thorough in understanding the client, their situation, and the workings of the law(s) involved. I would ...never hesitate un hiring him to represent me in any situation.

WILLS

We contacted Bryan to draw up our wills, POA, and Health Care Proxy. Most of the communication and document review was through email until it was time for the actual signing. He was very professional, very thorough, and patient with our questions and concerns.

Estate Documents

MY experience working with Bryan to get my estate documents together was a pleasant experience. He went through the entire process in the beginning to set my expectations which were met. He also explained why certain items were included in the documents, which I would never of thought of to include. ...Like the line no contest provision.

Litigation Matters

On 11/10/17 , I contacted Benson Law Firm to discuss a matter involving an employee and employer disagreement. Before reaching out to this firm we were unclear about what to do. For example, what could this company do or not do against our daughter, should our daughter resign or wait to be let go and... what would be terms under where she would leave. The Bryan Brenson spoke in layman's terms to our 24yr. Old daughter about legalities and his professional legal advice. At the end of our conversation we had a clear path and the anxiety was gone. We would certainly recommend this firm. Thank you Bryan.
