Tenant Eviction

Consulted with Mr. Berson on a tenant eviction process. Bryan was thorough, clearly explained the law and gave us a clear plan of action. If the process does evolve into an eviction, Mr. Berson will be hired to represent my case.

Very Satisfied!!!

I called Bryan on a Saturday afternoon and did not expect to hear from him until the work week began. I was so surprised to get a phone call from him a short time later. He spent almost an hour speaking to me about my concerns and questions and had me email him the documents I needed reviewed. He ...then called me back again to go over the document and answer all my questions, and there were many! He is very patient and understanding and made me feel confident I had made the right decisions and also that if I needed more help in the future I could rely on him. I also emailed him further questions later on during the same weekend and he quickly got back to me after each one with the answers I needed. Also, I did not need to miss any time from work! I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future and I will be recommending him to friends and family. Thanks Bryan!

With Gratitude

Bryan was kind enough to join the board of our non profit 501 (c) 3 charity organization. Occasionally we feel the need to have someone we can legally seek advice and Bryan said he would be pleased to be a part of our board when he heard that we are all volunteers and help the breast cancer patients ...in our community with free services during their treatments and post care. We needed to seek legal guidance on writing a letter, Bryan was so gracious and more than willing to help us form the letter. Not only did he volunteer his time, but worked with us a great deal of time. We had great success with his help, but he did not stop there, Bryan kept in touch with us several times to make sure that what he did was successful, helpful and if there was anything else he can assist us with. I must say it is so refreshing to know that there are professionals like Bryan out there to be so concerned with their community to go the extra mile. Thank you Bryan, I am the first to refer anyone I know in need of legal advice to you!

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy

Since I live in Virginia, I needed legal representation for estate administration and other related matters in New York. I found Attorney Berson through the Hyatt Legal plan. Working with him has been a positive and informative experience. We have never met face to face, but he is very responsive... to phone calls, voicemails, and emails. During my frequent conversations with him, he was always patient with my questions and did not hesitate to explain scenarios multiple times until I understood. In my situation, he went out of his way to proactively work with the court system when time was of the essence. In summary, I can highly recommend Attorney Berson as someone with high values and integrity. He is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney that I have encountered.
