Amazing!

I would like to share my personal experience i had with Brian. I posted my question online and within a day or two Brian got back to me giving me tye most detailed answer. I decided to call Brian and ask him more questions over the phone. Not only Brian gave me a free over the phone consultation, he ...actually went above and beyond tkhelp me understand my situation more thoroughly and explained to me the outcomes and possibilities. EXPERT IN ELDER LAW

Mr. Berson is kind, clear, concise and breaks it down in a very simple way for his client(me) I was not left with any questions that went unanswered because he is well versed in the law and communicating to his client (me for mom). Mr. Bersons' vast knowledge of his specialty wasn't enough for him t...o complete an answer to my legal question . He pulled out a Treatise in elder law which is compilation of heavily argued and discussed by scholars which some appellate judges read to help them decide a case. Very impressive. I hired him for my mom and when she is squared away, I will hire him directly for my related legal matters.

Landlord/Tenant Issue

Bryan helped me secure a rent abatement from my landlord when smoke from a fire made my unit unlivable. He helped explain the relevant legal concepts to me and walked me through my options. Additionally, he crafted a letter to my landlord and spoke with my landlord’s counsel. In general, his responsi...veness and knowledge of the law enabled me to swiftly address a challenging legal situation. I would definitely recommend him.

I hired Bryan after my mother pass away. My mother had a reverse mortgage and I was getting notices about foreclosure. He worked with the bank to make sure I was not responsible for any debt and there was a non-recourse provision. He also tried to obtain a signed will from the court since I only had ...an unsigned copy from her attorney who passed away. The court could not produce the signed will. He is continuing to make sure that if sale of the house is over the debt, I would receive the difference. I am happy with his service. I will be using Bryan for other matters in the future.
