Excellent service and timely

I needed an Estate Planning Trust, Will, Healthcare Proxy, Power of Attorney and Revocable Trust. Brian was thorough, explained what my options were and the right advice to meet my needs at my age.

Detailed orientated

I recently used Bryan for transferring ownership of a deed from a joint party to only myself. Bryan was professional and thorough as he walked me through what to expect and the timeframe. Communication between us was mostly conducted over email which was very easy at all hours of the day and if nee...ded he was a quick phone call away. His flexibility with his time in meeting me for signatures was appreciated. Bryan knows his stuff and would definitely recommend him for future cases.

Estate Planning

We used Mr. Berson for estate planning to set up our Wills, Health Care Proxy, and a Revocable Living Trust. Throughout the process, Bryan always answered our emails promptly, and was always available to discuss on a phone call when we had more detailed questions. He also accommodated the special re...quests we had for our trust and wills, and gave thoughtful advice on how best to approach them. He is very knowledgeable and thoughtful, and produced a trust for us that fit our needs, but was not overly complex. We would highly recommend Bryan Berson

Bryan's work is above and beyond what I expected.
