Hello. I am pleased to have worked with Mr. Berson. I had a personal private matter and he handled it meticulously. Not only did he have the matter solved amicably he saved me lots of money. The only worry I had was that he could not travel to my town court if he was required to. Goes above and beyond and truly cares for what he does

Bryan shows true care for what he does. It was clear to me that he is not your typical attorney that just wants your money. He dug deep into court cases to provide me with the best counseling before my small claims court. He even followed up to see how it went.

Outstanding consult!

Knowledgeable and Patient

Brain worked with me to establish a trust. He understood that my wish was for my beneficiaries to gain access to my assets more quickly than they might If they were transferred using a will. He took great care to explain just how my trust would work.. With his guidance, I was able to specify... the terms of my trust precisely, controlling when and to whom distributions would be made.. I found Bryan to be very professional and of great help in making sure my wishes would be cared out. Finally, he didn’t just stop his services when the trust was complete. He offered to provide continuing support when and where I might needit in the future.
