Mr. Berson worked very closely with me to make sure my legal needs were met. I'm very pleased with him. It was very challenging during the pandemic to get things accomplished, however Mr. Berson rose to the occasion.

Very Highly Respected - client

My husband and I have now consulted with Bryan on a few matters. Concerning our Final wills, he captured all of our wishes and requests to our ease of mind.Currently in the midst of an estate issue, Bryan has been quick to respond, investigate and is very forthcoming with great advice. Honest and highly competent attorney

Bryan is highly intelligent, analytical, and diligent. He is very detail-oriented. Bryan is a zealous advocate for his clients and puts their needs first. He is a very ethical and honest person. He is not afraid of telling a client that their best course of action may be to avoid litigation when ...circumstances warrant that type of advice. Highly recommend

I contacted Bryan some months ago regarding setting up a trust and will. From my first conversation with Bryan, I was relieved to find a lawyer that was friendly, knowledgable and genuinely interested in helping me. I moved to another state and unfortunately I was unable to hire Bryan for this purpos...e. However, when I left the state, my landlord in Queens tried to avoid sending back the security deposit, and after waiting two months I reached back out to Bryan to see if he could help. Bryan sent a letter on our behalf to the landlord requesting our security back. The landlord sent me the check the very next day. Thank you Brian, I will certainly be in touch if I need anything else.

Above and beyond

I had an excellent experience with Bryan for my tenant/landlord situation. Bryan took the time to understand my situation and research the applicable laws to provide me with detailed guidance. Bryan obviously cared about my situation because he researched late at night and sent me emails with finding...s and called me on a few occasions with additional advice and ideas.
