Trust / will execution

Bryan was beyond a pleasure to work with. He was easily accessible and patient as we worked through this overwhelming process. He was able to walk us through each step and clarify/ explain when we needed assistance. I would highly recommend him !

Very Thorough Attorney, a consummate professional

My wife decided it was time to follow through on our wills and other estate planning matters. From the first time we met, he took the time to find out what was important to us, and what the process would be like. He went in great details what were included in each document and why. When we signed the... documents, he made the process painless by organizing the documents in an orderly fashion and going over each document. He was very responsive throughout the whole process. We plan to use him again and refer him to as many friends as possible.

Excellent and through communication

My brother and I hired Bryan to assist in the sale of our mother's estate and the sale of her real estate. With the complication of COVID-19 and my brother and I both living out of state, Bryan worked hard to make our experience as quick and seamless as possible. Bryan is also a notary and offer...red those services at no additional fee as well. Bryan communicated so thorougly and often, that my brother was concerned that our bills were going to greatly exceed our agreed upon fee. They did not - actually the only request for additional payment was less than $20.00 for certifed mail. Bryan retunred calls quickly and explained things thoroughly. My financial adviror and real estate agent also had a very positive experience working with Bryan. I would definetly recommend working with Bryan.

B. Berson is wonderful

Bryan Berson did the probate for my parents estate when they both passed away from covid. Not only is Bryan knowledgeable and professional he was also very caring during a very difficult and challenging situation. He was quick to get what was needed in corresponding with the courts. He is very easy ...to relate to and caring which helps alot when dealing with delicate situations in a troubling time. I felt comfortable that he was handling our case to get the best outcome. I would 100 per cent recommend him to anyone looking for legal assistance. Bryan gets the job done. He also was so good about keeping me up to date during the process.
