Great Attorney!!!

I consulted with Mr. Berson about home care and nursing home care for my Dad. I really did not know anything about this process. Bryan Berson took the time to explain all of my options. He is extremely knowledgeable in elder care law, and medicaid, and medicare. He explained the options I may hav...e for my Dad and was understanding, and empathetic towards my situation.. I was very impressed with him.

Terrific Attorney

My wife and I are in our 70's and wanted to have our 20 year old Wills and other legal documents reviewed. We also wanted information about a Medicaid Asset Protection Trust. Bryan found all of our documents to be well constructed. However, he did point out that our daughter as successor agent to our... Durable Power of Attorney had not been signed and notarized. Thankfully this was addressed immediately. Bryan explained in detail and with clarity the pros and cons of the Medicaid Trust. We are undecided at this time about formulating such a Will, but will definitely contact Bryan to draft one up should we decide to change to one. My wife and I are very impressed with Bryan's expertise, attentiveness and how clearly things were explained. Bryan comes highly recommended and we will trust all of our future legal matters to him.
