If I could give Bryan Berson more than five stars, I would. He deserves all the accolades possible. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a professional, caring demeanor. He promptly returns your calls and answers your emails. He is attainable and attentive to your case. Bryan recognizes the emot...ional aspects of dealing with a deceased parent's estate while ensuring you understand the legal process involved. I highly recommend him. Prior to retaining Bryan, I was working with another lawyer who created problems and strife. Upon a recommendation, I called Bryan and you should, too. A Wonderful Estate Planning Experience

Bryan was a great guide and ally as he guided me through the ultimate adulting activity. While the topic is not one you approach with excitement, he never let it get morbid. I really feel like this process should have been stressful or depressing, but his straightforward manner and pleasant demeanor ...made it a breeze. Bryan did a wonderful job guiding me through my estate planning and potential future elder care needs. He took the time to really understand some complex family relationships, gently explained why some of the things I came up with to make people laugh after I'm dead weren't really good ideas, and crafted a very thorough set of documents that should accomplish everything I set out to do- as well as some things that hadn't occurred to me. I really appreciated Bryan's ability to work around my busy schedule and complete the whole process remotely. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance with elder care law and estate planning.

Excellent Lawyer and outstanding service

Bryan provided excellent service to us. He explained everything, and made sure we understood each point. He explained anything which we didn't understand, and provided examples for clarity. He made himself available as we needed, and used video during COVID. After every conversation, he always ch...ecked to make sure we were satisfied with his work and double checked to ensure we didn't have any outstanding questions.
