Exceptional Help with a Landlord-Tenant Issue

Attorney Berson is an excellent lawyer to work with and is extremely attentive. He kept in regular contact and allowed for an open line of communication to ensure we were always on the same page. Knowledgeable and conscientious

Bryan guided us through the process of dividing up two properties where several family members had inherited a partial share. He ensured that all parties understood the documents to be signed. The properties have been divided per our wishes and the family members are all still on speaking terms!

Legal help with Eastern LI Beach Property

Bryan did a fantastic job walking me through the various options to properly protect a family owned piece of property situated in a very coveted spot of Eastern Long Island. Bryan presented all the viable options to move forward, incorporating both Real Estate and Elder Care law for our situation.... Once the proper legal path was selected, Bryan then diligently navigated the process of forming a Real Estate LLC and deeding the property to the LLC. Bryan was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the legal documentation to execute this transaction. Bryan also took time to answer questions any time I required additional clarifications on the meaning of various NY State legal documents. The best concrete example of why I recommend Bryan is that he will remain our attorney moving forward and will represent our legal interests required for building a structure on the property.
