Estate Handling

Bryan is very professional and personal. He has the patience of a saint. He communicates so you understand every step and doesn’t have an issue going over things again. My experience was far above my expectations.

Expertise, compassion, knowledge and support

Having to deal with elder law often comes to “ sandwich generation” as an emergency. That’s when clients are looking for an experienced attorney, who is not only capable to break down convoluted law terminology to easily comprehensible information, but also able to empathize with client’s situation.... Bryan Lane Berson is knowledgeable and competent attorney, who answers questions, provides much needed support and with his sense of humor, alleviates client’s fears. His professional ethic combined with ability to make light of difficult situation, brings very much needed piece of mind. We’ve turned to Bryan more than once and each time, he comes through for us. I wish the Avvo.com rating system had scale 1-10, for he deserves more than 5 stars.

Estate Plan

The experience of updating our will and estate planning documents (Will, Living Will, Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy) with Bryan was seamless and very efficient. It had been some time since we last updated our estate documents. Bryan's attention to detail was pleasing to see as he guided m...y wife and I through the process, always answering our questions in a timely, matter of fact and simple way to understand was very comforting. Excellent Representation

Bryan Berson was very knowledgeable and helpful in litigating an issue I had with a bank. Not only was he able to resolve the issue, Bryan also convinced the bank to compensate me for my trouble. My husband and I also used Bryan to put together our estate planning. He made what we thought would be a... complicated issue very easy and offered excellent suggestions as well.
