Excellent Legal Assistance

Bryan Berson is highly professional, thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. In addition, he is a great to work with - I enjoyed our interactions over the several month long process of developing and filing our application to the Town of Islip Zoning Board of Appeals. Bryan attende...d the hearing with us, and ultimately we won approval. I highly recommend Bryan and would definitely work with him again.

All the confusion was takin out of probate for our family

I am a member of the legal plan thru my job and I selected The Berson Firm because of all the lawyers I spoke with Brian was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. He explained everything in great detail and made my elder care planning very easy to accomplish. I still have other legal maters to f...inish and I will definetly return to Bryan and I would recommend him to friends , family and co-workers. He is always available to speak with and returns phone calls in a timely fashion. I feel this is an important part of having a relationship with your attorney because you don’t want to be waiting forever for a return phone call.
