Living Trust prepared by Bryan Berson

We hired Bryan through my legal plan to create a living trust for us. He took time to explain the process to us and answered all our questions promptly. A staunch, persistent advocate.

Bryan Berson represented me regarding Surrogate Court matters concerning my late father’s estate. His work was thorough and precise, and he patiently and intelligibly explained concepts, jargon or procedure which I didn’t, at first, understand. Bryan stayed in communication with me throughout the len...gthy, cumbersome probate process, clearly and concisely articulating the steps involved. He was conveniently available evenings and weekends if I had any questions or concerns, to execute the necessary court documents, and to expedite the Court’s requirements. Excellent attorney for family law

I have worked with Bryan for over three years now. He first helped my family with setting up our will and family trust. He then helped me through probate process and trust set up after my mother passed away.
