The man with the golden law book - Fights for your rights

There is an attorney by the name of Bryan Lane Berson he practices law in New York and New Jersey .This man is not your cookie cutter attorney he doesn’t follow the crowd taking the easy road.Bryan really gets involved he is relentless.He takes his clients problems seriously.Bryan goes into a deep di...ve when researching .He will not say something he can not back up.Bryan is an Honorable attorney and man .I would recommend him to anyone in my family or friends.

Revocable Family Trust

I hired Attorney Bryan Berson because I wanted to create a Revocable Living Trust. I am pleased to say that Bryan walked us through the preparation of the Revocable Living Trust along with Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorneys, Health Care Proxies and all documents related to the funding of... the Trust. Bryan was very responsive and professional and extremely courteous in answering all of our questions in layman terms. I would definitely recommend Bryan for any and all Elder Law issues.

Very helpful for estate settlement

My aunt died without a will in NYC. There are 14 nieces and nephews are set to inherit her assets. We (cousins) live in five different states. Bryan ensured I, as the Administrator of her estate had all the tools I needed to make the distribution of her assets as smooth as possible. Bryan was ve...ry persistent with the Surrogate Court to make sure her assets could be disbursed in a timely manner. He was especially helpful when there was a specific and time sensitive need money for cash for one of my cousins.

Real lawyer

Mr. Berson became our superhero. We were in contract for a newly built home. After the home was built, the builder decided not to sale after a three year wait.. this left us totally confused . We reached out to several lawyers who did not respond favorably. Then I was referred to Mr Berson, who hear...d me out and decided to take my son and myself on as a client. It wasn't an easy fight. Mr. Berson fought for with us tooth and nail. He helped turn the NO into a recent closing date. He and God did that. You cannot go wrong if you hire him. He helped make a way out of a hopeless situation, and gave us the strength to keep fighting. He's worth his weight in platinum. Thank you Mr. Bryan Berson our super hero.
