Honest, hard-working, knowledable

Bryan was hired and helped our family with estate planning documents and wills. When my parents passed away, Bryan also helped with probating their wills and filing for testamentary letters. Eventually, we had to sell our family property, and Bryan was again hired to help sell and protect our inter...ests. Without Bryan, we would have been lost in the soup of legal requirements. Bryan has a calm, factual approach to law and protecting his clients. I strongly recommend him.

Honest, professional and knowledgeable

I hired Attorney Bryan Berson because I wanted to create a Revocable Living Trust. I am pleased to say that Bryan walked me through the preparation of the Revocable Living Trust along with Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorneys, Health Care Proxies and all documents related to the funding of ...the Trust. Bryan was very responsive and professional and extremely courteous in answering all of my questions in layman terms. I would definitely recommend Bryan for any and all Elder Law issues.

Excellent communication, very knowledgeable

I found Bryan while looking for help with a boundary dispute with one of my neighbors. He was very knowledgeable and always responded promptly to calls or emails. This was a long term issue and he stuck it out with us until its conclusion. I would highly recommend Bryan
