Ackerman law handled the sale of my deceased mothers home. They helped me navigate difficult situation and was very communicative what they needed me to get such as affidavits for the title company to sell my mothers property, Contacting the hoa of my mothers property when I didn't know what bill or... form I needed such as water and sewer and help me avoid true foreclosure and contacted all parties needed to make the sale.
