Although he doesn't show any emotions, he is very profesional. He treated me with respect, answer all my questions, he responded to my messages in a reasonable amount of time, and he got me a great deal at the end of my case. I just would like him to be more talkative and friendly. He seems very seri...ous. However, that doesn't take away his knowledge and professionalism.
