Traffic Tickets

Gary Miller is a true professional. He returned my phone call promptly and answered all my questions. He took my case and exceeded my expectations for point/fine reduction on the tickets I had received. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing a traffic ticket. He is knowledgeable and honest... about the entire process.

This guy is Awesome. Best believe He got your back

I'm a student at stony brook university and i got a speeding ticket right at the end of the semester during exam period. I was looking at up to 8 points on my license plus fines. I was really stressed out but after calling Mr. Miller, He completely took over everything. A couple weeks later, i receiv...ed a letter from him informing me that all is resolved and i had nothing else to worry about. I was not involved in any court stuff. I just chilled. This guy turned what appeared as a nightmare into the sweetest dream ever. Now a year later, i find myself buzzing his phone because i know i will be well taken care of.

Absolute best option, especially for Hauppauge (I did a lot of research)

Gary is really there for you, responds to every question immediately. Most important, he is honest and clear, no stupid and unfulfillable stories and promises (you should be aware of those, I contacted and researched quite a number of lawyers). He tells you what is possible and knows the Suffolk Coun...ty traffic violation bureau (Hauppauge) in and out, and will get for you the best possible outcome in this corrupted system (Hauppauge seems to be particularly notorious). In the end I saved quite some money and a number of points on my license even including the lawyers honorary, which is quite fair in Gary’s case, especially compared with others. In summary, especially for the court in Hauppauge, Gary is your absolute best option!!! My case: I was going 70 mph on the LIE, during the week 8pm, and a cop stopped me saying I was going 95mph! He was “pacing” my speed, so unfortunately there was no recorded, real measurement. My car is a 2002 Volkswagen Golf with more than 180.000 miles on it. There is no way to bring it to 95 without risking that it will be damaged, if at all. Also, I invested $2000 just four months before and I am certainly interested that the car lasts another couple of years. None of the evidence, the state of my car and the recent maintenance, would have been considered by the court. This is what I learned reading about Hauppauge’s court and also Gary convincingly explained me that going on trial would not work to get the charges reduced ore dismissed. Just because the cop outrageously lied I started at a very high level. I could have get 8 points (which increases the car insurance significantly) and a speeding ticket for $600 plus $100 each year for three years for the “Drivers Assessment”. Gary managed to get a plea bargain for a non-speeding ticket ($300 including all fees and thus no "Drivers Assessment") and 4 points on my license. The problem is that the system and the cops are absolutely unfair and unjust, but Gary is the best chance to avoid the worts and get the best reduction.

If you get a ticket go right to Gary!

I received my first ever speeding ticket on a speed trap on the Ocean Parkway for going 11 MPH over the speed limit where the speed limit went from 55 MPH to 45 MPH. I literally was losing sleep over this ticket and realized it may affect getting hired in the career I am looking to pursue after colle...ge. At first I was going to fight the ticket myself, but then after doing some research, I figured I had almost no chance. Long and behold, I came across Gary's Avvo page and thought the reviews were too good to be true. I emailed him and he got back to me within 15 minutes that night at 11 PM and told me he would call me in the morning. First thing in the morning he called me and told me his course of action. He told me he would get it reduced to a NO POINT jaywalking violation of $195. He was also very kind and honest; he gave me a discount because I am a college student, so I greatly appreciated that. Gary was so responsive to all my emails and questions, and being that I never had to deal with this system, I had a lot of questions. Last Friday, I got a call from his secretary that my case has been resolved and what do you know, Gary got my ticket reduced to a NO point jaywalking violation of $195, just as he said!! I did not even have to worry about missing my classes to show up to court and my case was resolved 3 weeks before the court date listed on my ticket. This was easily the best money I've ever spent and if you have a ticket do not even hesitate to call Gary. His fee is very fair compared to other law offices I consulted with and the quality of his service really helps calm some nerves in the midst of the stress of getting a ticket. I could not recommend Gary enough!
