Guys, I got a speeding ticket on Northern parkway for doing 73 in 55 MPH zone. Mr. Gary Miller was an absolute angel. His receptionist had a little bit of an attitude but Gary was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had gotten a Ticket for driving while operating a cell phone and no insurance card. I had procrastinated to do anything about it.
