Gary Miller has assisted both my wife and I on separate occasions when we were give tickets. Two were for moving violations and two were for inability to produce proof of insurance and registration. Together these tickets could have caused us financial hardship in the form of fines, points and increa...sed insurance premiums. Gary filed motions and got them all summarily dismissed. Gary is just the man you need! I had two tickets that carried points for driving a Uhaul on the Southern State (I had no idea these were considered commercial vehicles) and Gary got them both dismissed!! I was only on the parkway for all of 5 minutes before I was about to get off the parkway when I w...as stopped by an officer. I was hoping they would be understanding and let me off with a warning (being this was a pretty isolated incident), but I unfortunately received two tickets and with the possibility of points and hundreds of dollars of fines.
