Within minutes of leaving a message with Gary's answering service during off hours on the day i got ticketed, Gary called me back. I was panicking because i was facing big points on my license and otherwise had a perfectly clean driving record. Gary calmed me down and explained what he would do an...d that he was fairly confident he could get it reduced. Fast forward to today: he was able to get me zero points and a fine.
