Gary helped me 2 times. The first time was long time ago. I received a ticket for driving at 75mph on LIE. Gary reduced it to parking ticket a few days after I hired him. The second time was more serious. There was a bad accident on LIE and all lanes were closed except for HOV lane and lots of car pa...cked up. I was riding my motorcycle. I saw police officers directing traffic into HOV lane.
