He was extremely easy to deal with. Always accessible via email or text and has very reasonable fees. I received a 6 point speeding ticket on Glen Cove Rd in East Hills, NY. They have their own court, not Nassau county court, and very tuff to deal with. He was able to reduce it to a 0 points jay... walking ticket with a $150 fine. I wasn't paying enough attention one night to my speed on the LI Expressway, mainly because it was late at night and there was no one on the road.
