Gary helped me out in more ways than one. He first helped me with a speeding ticket (my first offense) and got it knocked down to a parking violation. I recently used him again for a no front license plate ticket and unfortunately another speeding ticket. He took care of both tickets for me. I could ...have had 8-9 points but he got it down to 4. This gentleman has been a life saver, (and a money/license saver). I got the referral of Mr. Miller from a friend who received numerous tickets that would have costed him significant fees and points on his license. After Gary did his job on the case it was reduced to a jay walking ticket. From that, ...I knew I needed him, but unfortunately for a much larger traffic violation. I finished doing some work on my sports car and wanted/needed to test out the components to make sure they were working. My car was definitely working well but unfortunately NY state troopers were working as well as I passed him while he was parked on the shoulder at 121mph in a 55mph zone. I received a call the other night with outstanding information of the tickets being dismissed. Yes, you read that correctly, DISMISSED. I couldn't believe it, I was in immense awe that I still don't know how to truly react besides givin this gentleman the most deserved survey that I could possibly give. If I had more than 4,000 words to express, I sure would. I hope I don't have any more incidents with traffic violations, but if I do I know who I'm getting in contact with. Don't get me wrong, although my case is unusual, he handles anything from minor stop sign cases all the way past my scenario. I was pulled over for texting while driving which carries a steep fine and a 5 points on license. I figured I could take care of this myself and went to take a Plea deal. They offered me a steep fine and 3 points. I said no, and the prosecutor wouldn't budge, so I said take it to trial. W...hen I got home and and researched in the Internet I realized I would have a hard time winning this case, and was beginning to think I should have taken the Plea deal. I called Gary at 9:30pm and left a message and to my surprise he called me back in 10 minutes. I gave him my info and texted him a pic of the ticket. He called the next day and stopped the trial. Then he was able to go to the same prosecutor that gave me 3 points for a Plea, and Gary negotiated 0 points and parking ticket! I'm very happy with the outcome.
