Got nailed in a speed trap on Peninsula Blvd where the speed limit changes deceptively from 45 to 40 to 30 in a flash. Ticket was for 57 in a 30, 6 points at Lynbrook Traffic Court, which is a notoriously tough court. (Don;'t bother going yourself if you don't want points.) While I was worrying th...at I would have to sweat it out for a few more months, and worrying about losing my job since I drive for a living and need a clean license, Gary Miller got all the points dropped before the scheduled trial date! Initially I was skeptical because of the recent fake review scandal, but Gary Miller is for real!!!

I got a speeding ticket in Suffolk County--36 in a 20 school zone. His $350 fee was worth not having to go to court, or me needlessly worry. April 2013, I still ended up having to pay a $280 fine (down from $310), but the ticket was reduced from 4 points to 2 for failure to follow school zone sign.
