Gary is very effective with traffic tickets on long island. He is able to reduce points and fight unfair tickets. Gary is always responsive and available. He is especially good with traffic courts on Long Island and is well informed on what goes on in each court around Bay Shore and the East End of... Long Island. I especially appreciate it when he is frank and tells me that he cannot help me on a matter. I would give Gary my highest recommendation.

He was tremendously effective in helping me with (2) 6-point Speeding Tickets in Nassau County AND a Suspended License (OUCH!).. I got a speeding ticket doing 98mph in a 55 zone. Thats a 43mph+ over the limit which may be an automatic suspension and mandatory 11-12 points on your license. Due to Gary's diligence and knowledge it was reduced to a mere parking ticket!!!!! with no points!!!! Well worth the money and really saved ...me!!!!

Gary Miller has assisted me with two tickets over the last two years. In both cases he delivered better than expected results. Both tickets were dismissed. I found Mr. Miller while trying to research my options online.  I had not had a speeding ticket for over a decade and when I did I would just s...end it in guilty with the fee indicated on the ticket. This no longer seemed reasonable with the potential fees and points that come with a guilty plea. Most suggestions I found left the outcome to chance. You really had to hope that the officer didn't show up or that someone somewhere in the bureaucracy did something wrong so the ticket would be dismissed; Or you just had to feel comfortable enough to try to convince the judge to reduce the ticket or dismiss it. In both cases I was running late and my tickets were written for 20+mph over the speed limit. I don't believe I was that far over the limit, but I was far from comfortable stating that and supporting that in front of a judge.  When contacted Mr. Miller got back to me quickly. He said he should be able to have the tickets reduced to no points with a fee and community service. Fortunately for me, both tickets were dismissed. His knowledge and experience helped relieve some of my anxiety and it most certainly allowed him to do what he does to produce better than expected results. I would hire Gary Miller again and would recommend his services to anyone.
